Children's Ministry
On Sunday morning and Wednesday nights our kids dive into their Bible lessons with games, crafts, activities, and stories from the Word and from life today. We aim to give them a solid foundation for understanding:
God loves all people
Jesus came to save us
Bible stories from the Old and News Testaments
God's loving standards (the 10 commandments)
Opportunities for your child to join in the fun:
Sunday morning 9:30 AM Sunday School
Sunday morning 11 AM Children's Worship*
Wednesday night 6:30 PM Club Worship Kidstyle
We believe in encouraging our children to develop their talents and skills for the kingdom of God. We involve them in our worship services once or twice a year in children-led worship services (the pastor still does the sermon!) and in Easter and/or Christmas programs. Whether it's contributing artwork for the PowerPoint, singing or illustrating a song, leading in a responsive reading, acting, or handing out bulletins, your children will find a way that they can participate in the worship life of the church.
*Although we have children's worship during the service in the children's and preschool department, children are also welcome in the regular worship, for those parents who prefer to keep their children with them during the service.
